Feature request - Support latest Windows 10 build 19045 #2

Hi @evgen-b

As you have added support for many beta build, it would be great to see support for newest Windows 10 too.

Can you have a look on it please? Or have you created updated version to support latest Windows 10 build aswell and just forgot to upload source?

It actually works to be really honest (and charitable). Problem is, you can get all the kinds of weird crazyness as I reported in https://github.com/evgen-b/PatchPAE3/issues/1#issuecomment-1475289833 Today I went to install KB5023773 (not that I usually apply optional/preview updates, but here I was looking forward to test exactly this).. and lo and behold WU failed. I also noticed a lot of error/warnings building up (after some days of uptime) in the event viewer, with network instability and the DWM itself even crashing eventually. Though I'll grant it may even be spurious.

Ok, well, KB5041580 seems in fact to have broken something. Patchpae cannot seem to patch its loader and the script returns error -1073741823.
