The challenge/response protocol support patches have been merged from the forked version at https://github.com/guywyers/openvpn-auth-ldap back into the original repository (see details here) are and now available with auth-ldap 2.0.4 (latest version).
This updates the links to the auth-ldap plugin repository to point to https://github.com/threerings/openvpn-auth-ldap/.
