No option to force sending SMS code if already logged in to Telegram from another device #348

Official Telegram clients have an option to "Send code as SMS" even if you already have another active login session. Telegram React does not seem to offer this option, I have to log out from the other devices first to get the login code via SMS rather than Telegram.

If I've lost my phone with telegram installed, I cannot login on web.telegram because it is sending a login code to telegram app rather than to the the phone with sms. How can I login?

Same. My lost device still has a logged in session apparently. So telegram is trying to send the code from that device, even though it's been powered off on the side of a snow covered ravine for 5 months now. I feel like there should be a self service way to fix this. Like exporting/importing your private key, that you could back up after creating your account. I use element and they have an elegant solution to add clients securely without requiring another device.
