Add quater mode to Filled Mode #158

I want to add quater rating mode. and so added quater mode to Filled mode.

Would you merge this change if you like it ! 😇

Thanks for the update. It will be interesting to see how many people need this feature. Please comment here if you want it.

Also, small typo: should be "quarter" instead of "quater". It happens :)
