Tapping on Rating always select 3 rating when VoiceOver is on #194

Please consider submitting the following information (if relevant):

Library setup method: CocoaPods.
Version of the library : 21.0.0
Xcode version : 14.2
OS version : iOS 15.5

When VoiceOver is on and you tap on rating control, it always selects rating as 3. Also rating is not announced. Let me know how can i change this? Thanks
