Add custom notification methods -- sound (on/of), vibra (on/off), led (on/off).

BombusLime honors global notification settings. Is it not enough?

поставил "звук уведомления-без звука" а играет стандартная мелодия помогает только отключение громкости уведомления. так и должно быть?

bug: Bombus still plays default notification sound if Notification ringtone = "silent"
