See https://github.com/evidence-dev/docker-devenv/issues/7 New vite version that we pulled in via SK upgrade appears to require xdg-utils to be installed

Added you mostly as an FYI. TLDR - I think our docker image was broken since we updated to the new SvelteKit version (Evidence version 13 and later I think)
