Toggle show/hide/never sidebar in frontmatter #1468

Frontmatter option to have the sidebar present as is, or always behave like the mobile/tablet sidebar (behind the hamburger button), or not be visible at all (incl. no hamburger. Logo instead). This is set at a page level.
