File Queries do not correctly update on change #1910

Steps To Reproduce

Add a file query, view data
Edit the file query, save
(File query HMRs with correct query, correct data)
Hard reload the page
Review query, data
Kill server and restart
Review query, data - does not match currently saved file

Expected Behavior

The data and query returned post hard reload match the current state of file query

Actual Behaviour

The data and query returned post hard reload reflect original state of the query, until server is restarted

Workarounds

Kill server and restart
