Hi @katrinskaya @mphillipsea,

Quick update: Last week our team started off with a deep dive in the datasets you provided. We found some interesting connections and came back to you guys with a bunch of questions. Thanks to Leah, we're well on our way to closing out the discovery phase of the process. I've outlined a timeline below to give you an idea of what we'll be working on in the weeks to come.

Feb 5

• DevSeed: Write-up on data structure and deliver an information/user flow map. The information map will give you an idea of how we're structuring the information and mapping out interaction user goals.
• Feedback from Evidence Action by EOD 9th

  Feb 12

• In this phase we're looking to deliver wireframes that show dashboard structure along with data visualizations.
• Feedback from Evidence Action by EOD 17th

  March 4

• Handover finalized dashboards
