Update pyserial to current version #17

Updated as of version 2.6.0.

After multiple reports of not working, we're rolling back to pyserial 2.5 as of release 2.6.4.

EggBot 2.7 updates to Pyserial 3.0 (on Mac, Linux) and to Pyserial 2.7 on Windows. We are now relying on the port scanning tool in pyserial, which appears to improve reliability versus the old "eggbot scan" method. This set of changes also clears up several of the error sources in #31.
