Add Logo-style turtle graphics capability #23

Likely as a separate extension, perhaps not even under the WCB umbrella.

One option: use existing Seymour extension: http://pzwart3.wdka.hro.nl/wiki/Seymour_(Inkscape_Turtle_Graphics_Extension)

Rather than adding this to the Inkscape extension set, we have implemented support for the Scratch and Snap programming languages, which enable Logo-like turtle graphics.
