UNKNOWNOBJECT check does not work for Russian. #133

Due to the problematic case handling of RCLootCouncil:UnitName(), this does not work for Russian.

My fix:

strfind(self.masterLooter:lower(), _G.UNKNOWNOBJECT:lower())
