Show ML that loot cannot be distributed in the rightclick menu #162

  1. Award button is changed to "Cant Award:"..reason if cant award
  2. The rightclick menu needs to be updated properly (every 1s) when opened?
  3. Award button will be unclickable if cant award.
  4. Hide or disable 'Award For" if cant award
