Ignore note requirement for pass button #184

Currently, "Require Notes" affects all buttons and responses. Any way to have it ignore the pass button?

Sorry for being nitpicky. Thanks again for adding the "Require Notes" option, it's made QoL so much easier.

The required note on pass is unintentional and will be fixed next update.
