Add support for PS touch pad to Titan output #133

For PS4:

ACCX ACCY ACCZ GYROX GYROZ TOUCH TOUCHX TOUCHY

Would all be great to implement. A basic start would be the PS4_TOUCH button (0 at rest 100 when clicked).

I think the PS4 controls will pass through to PS3, but I'm not 100% sure.
