Crash on profile deletion. #216

If you try to delete profile 'y' while profile 'x' still references it, UCR will crash. To be more specific, 'x' had a button mapped to switch to profile 'y' and 'y' had a button to switch to profile 'x'.

Hi, I was not intending to do any more work on this version of UCR, as we now have a replacement: UCR-C#
However, I am not sure the equivalent functionality is in place for the new version yet, I will check and see. If not, I will maybe see if I can fix this issue in this version of UCR.
