Branching Issue

i have a project to collect the information from the District
i need to create the following Archtechture on the Aggrigate to store the values
District Name-------Should store the name of the District
Sub District Name------ Should hold the name of the Sub Districts

but now whats happening is 

Sub District is Storing the names of the Sub Districts but names of the Sub 
Districts are also being shown as Name of Fields as well  like

District        Sub District        A      B     C     D
  X                A                A      NULL  NULL  NULL
  X                B                NULL    B    NULL  NULL

Please help me how to solve the problem.

1.2 will contain the KoBo Collect variant of javarosa that supports cascading 
selection lists. This will support moderate-size itemsets.
