After removing the toolbars I can't get the menu back. #65

Hudl2 tablet on Android 4.4.2
Using with SwiftKey.

This app has the great facility of being able to maximize screen-space by 
removing all toolbars.  However, I now can't get the menu back.  I have tried 
tapping and swiping everywhere and if I minimize the SwiftKey pad it comes back 
when I tap.
