Build all offline formats #111

This site is an excellent reference that I would like to read start-to-finish and easily save within my library. Offline formats are one of the value propositions of Read the Docs and provide flexibility around consumption for consumers.

Unable to validate the build outputs without merging:

With builds from pull requests, only HTML formats are generated. Other formats are resource intensive and will be built after merging.
