Issues already in Story Arc won't download for added subscription #1109

I added a subscription for a comic that was already part of a Story Arc (Guardians of Knowhere - already in Secret Wars Arc). It will only re-add it to the Story Arc instead of adding it to the new subscription. Log if it helps:

I think I know why that's happening. Mylar will only refresh the story arcs on a manual basis atm, which means that after the series was added (and the story arc was already present and had marked the given issue as Wanted), it has no way to check it against the arcs. When you add a series, mylar doesn't look against your existing arcs for issues that are present (that should get done at some point).

What you probably need to do is to refresh the story arc and in doing so it will recheck against your current watchlist for any matching entries.

I'll have to figure out how to automate all of that as it's a pain to do manually when it happens, and I'm thinking it's gonna take me a bit to go through the code to try and figure out how to stop it from happening.

I'll mark this as a bug and leave it open until I can get it all working properly in sync.
