So you did a Recreate Pullist (just want to make sure I'm following what you pushed)?
If that's the end of the log (meaning there's nothing else in regards to the pullist following), it looks like there's some problem with the annuals - specifically the Uncanny Avengers title.
Do you have annuals enabled or disabled within mylar?
How does the annual appear in your watchlist - as it's own series or within the existing Uncanny Avengers series? With annuals not enabled, mylar will only check if it exists as a standalone series. With annuals enabled, it can be either as a standalone or as part of a series.
Yes, did Recreate Pulllist
Yes, that's the end of the log file... annuals are disabled:
Annuals appear seperate, but I don't show that I'm watching for Uncanny Avengers Annual. Should I try deleting something (Like Uncanny Avengers) to see if it clears up?
For fun, I deleted the Uncanny Avengers comic and did another recreate pull-list and it worked perfectly... Ghost in the Machine, I guess...
Thanks, closing.
I have a feeling that it's not ignoring said annual and instead is trying to watchlist match it. I'm going to reopen this just because I'm thinking this is a bug when annuals aren't enabled and it matches to a series during the pullist comparison that's an annual.
Thanks for verifying and reporting back that deleting the series fixed things.
Spoke too soon, re-added Uncanny Avengers and got the same error at the end:

Looks like it's matching incorrectly somehow.
Let me know if you want me to test anything, I'll be around later tonight... can get on IRC too if you need me to.
Think I got it figured out:

Was actually a pretty simple fix once I was able to get the workflow down for annuals on/off with an annual filename and without ;) Unless this bombs somewhere else, this will be in the next development commit.
Tested and works as expected now, closing.
I noticed the weekly pull list wasn't updating right so I ran a manual update and got this error:
Oddly enough, no error in the log (long log snip, but hopefully it helps)...
