Does the directory get created properly or does it fail to actually create the directory ?
If it's not being created, then odds are it's a permissions problem - the user running Mylar has to have complete access (rwx) to the given directory structure (in this case /files/Downloads/Sort/Comics) as well as the cache folder (by default it's mylar/cache unless you specified it otherwise)..
Thanks! Not sure how I missed that or even how the permissions were changed.
Performed a search, found the servers, add it, mylar moves on to getting the information from comicvine and then hangs there.
(Comic information is currently being loaded)

That's all that the logs contain unless the cancel the update.
