Add CI #4

I suggest adding CI on early stage of the project

I run only pnpm test because assume this issue to be resolved https://github.com/mikhin/vite-figma/issues/3

Yep, thanks. The project always had CI/CD, but yesterday I moved it from Webpack from another repo to Vite here.
