I fixed a bug that always shows apple-touch-icon.png for both LCH and OKLCH
I set cache buster, as view/base/lch.random12.svg or view/base/oklch.34random.svg — @ai's idea for browsersl.ist
~~I disable Vite's build.assetsInlineLimit for prevent data:uri~~ — ~~Reference to @ai's code-review comment about HTTP/2~~ no need for this setting

I can't test it in real device, but I checked that vite build works :)
