Can't find markdown.js in lib directory #203

I want to use the markdown.js in my html file. But it seems to be some wrong in the document. Because there is not markdown.js in the lib directory.

The lib/markdown.js file is generated from component files now. Where do we mention this file anymore?

You can get the latest browser version from https://github.com/evilstreak/markdown-js/releases
