antabfs.py: DBBC3 support #8

It is now possible (FS10 ed/dbbc3 branch; will be merged into main soon) to log TPI and TSYS values in FS logs from DBBC3 multicast. We should educate antabfs.py to eat also this flavour of logfiles. Since the syntax follows DBBC2 in many ways, it should hopefully not be too difficult.

Appears to me that a start of things to fix would be

[ ] https://github.com/evn-vlbi/VLBI-utilities/blob/master/antabfs.py#L1027 needs to allow for more LOs (up to 8 at least)
[ ] Core3h bitstreams must be read instead of a single value, see also #7
[ ] EDIT: Adding also that we must fix the parsing of DBBC3 format at https://github.com/evn-vlbi/VLBI-utilities/blob/master/antabfs.py#L1363
