This pull request adds a config option to disable the default jquery.layout sidebar hotkey and should fix #9. Tested against 2020-07-29 "Hogfather" and 2016-06-26 "Elenor Of Tsort".

Yes. I am aware it does not cleanly apply after PR https://github.com/evnix/codowik/pull/17, but it's trivial to manually merge it.
