There's a bit of a mess with the tests, the hardcoded changelog stuff should probably move to fixtures. However, not a huge issue for now and I might redesign the entire thing anyway if it turns out to be problematic. Also the build tools are getting a bit bloated, so perhaps the Git-related stuff and the changelog routines need to be extracted?
I'll leave it like this for the time being since it's not too bad, but I get the feeling I'll be cleaning things up eventually...
