Given a file with author names and their semicolon-separated affiliations separated by a tab this script will produce an ordered list of the authors with their affiliations numbered, followed by the affiliation order.

Why Johnson belongs to all the five institutions,confused for readers? And better for three different people with different names. #1
Now I changed the author's names, and the output like this:
