MIAPA homepage does not link to MIAPA ontology #30

As reported by @rvita:

The metadata element "homepage" is shown as http://www.evoio.org/wiki/MIAPA but this webpage does not have a link to the MIAPA Ontology. Do you have a different web address where one can access the ontology?

I updated the wiki page to include a link to the ontology, and while doing so also updated a few other links on that page.
