This issue will be a non-exhaustive list of stuff that needs to be checked, implemented or investigated in the ev_str header.

[ ] Can evstr(evstr("literal")) be made to work?
[ ] Implement evstring_replaceLast
[ ] Implement evstring_replaceNth?
[ ] Implement evstring_replaceAll
[ ] Replace operations should have both in-place and duplicating variants
[ ] Setup EvTypeData for evstring and evstring_view
