Dear, I really appreciate your tool and have used and cited it a lot. However, when I finished editing and beautifying the phylogenetic tree, I couldn't find a way to save it. How do I save the result so that I can still see it the next time I log in. Best, @evolgeniusteam

you do not have to. Once you log in, all your trees, datasets and annotations will be automatically saved to our server. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Dear, Thank you for your quick reply. In previous versions, I did automatically find saved data. But now it looks like the system interface has been updated, and every time I log in, I can't find the complete tree.

I have no problem uploading trees to a new project.

As shown below, to upload a tree (to a new project), you will need to:

  1. click to folder button,
  2. enter a project name in the popup panel. if the project does not exist, a new one will be created for you,
  3. enter a tree name,
  4. enter a tree string,
  5. click submit. pasted_image_2019_1_7__10_10

See the resulting tree below:

Please note all your operations will be saved automatically to the server, so that after you refresh the web page, the data and your annotations will be there and the same as you left them.

Thank you very much for your help.

I think it can't be saved because of a network problem.
