Stencil Generator stuck at "Starting" for SVG #219

Operating system: Win10
Pencil version: 3.0.0-RC1

Trying to create a stencil from the AWS SVG icons. The "drag into listbox" part seems to work, finding the images. Clicking next, the progress box pops with text "Starting..." and never completes.

No errors in the dev tools console.

Is the generator intended to work with SVGs?

I see the same issue with release 3.0.4 on Linux trying to import SVG files.

I would expect it to decline any file format not supported, so I would call this a bug in any case independent from SVG being supported or not.

But indeed importing an SVG to a stencil would be quite a powerful feature.
