curvy connectors are straight, not curvy #232

Operating system: Win7
Pencil version: 3.0.0

If I add a Curvy Connector between two elements it shows as a Straight Connector

they also don't 'attach' to an object, I was able to attach a Connector to a mockup button and move it around, the Connector would follow the object. This was a great feature, now when I move the object the Connector stays where it is

Same on Win10, Pencil 3.0.1

How can I add or edit "curvy" lines or arrows?

I have also searched the web EVERYWHERE and cannot find anywhere on how to make a "Free Line" curve. In version 2 this works fine, so it looks like I'm having to go back to version 2 :(

This problem still exists. Please make curvy curves
