...starting pencil,...pulsating logo in the center of application windows ... ends with blank screen :-(

Please help. What can I do?

same with mac os sierra (10.12.4) . pulsating logo followed by blank screen. Pencil version: 3.0.4

in this link find and install (Pencil-2.0.5.win32.installer.exe) it's work in Windows 10 pro https://code.google.com/archive/p/evoluspencil/downloads
