No in-application help #745

Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.5
Pencil version: 3.1.0

The app does not seem to have any in-app help - only an "About" item on the main menu. Providing some help documentation might be useful, since there are many features not documented on the website or wiki. (E.g. How does one create a "multiple-segment" line?)
