Pencil / Electron crashes when closing Pencil on macOS #755

Operating system: macOS Ventura 13.1 (Intel CPU)
Pencil version: 3.1.1

Pencil 3.1.1 crashes when closing it on macOS. There seems to be an issue reported for Electron on M1 Macs but it seems to also occur on Intel Macs, so I added a comment:

Maybe upgrade Electron to newest version?

Here too, on an M1... every single time. Noticed that after a crash, and then a reopen, it prompts to have access to documents, even thought it already does.

Confirmed, on Silicon, every Command Q, window close or menu Exit causes app crash.
