PHPThumb and PHP 8.0.12 doesn't work #2041

Did a simple test and out of the box phpthumb doesn't work on EVO 3.1.7 and PHP 8.0.

After updating phpthumb from Extras it did work. So I guess it needs to be updated in core and all be oke.
