Improve registration confirmation #106

What I'm missing:

Payment info (good to have that in the mail and webpage to make it as easy as possible to pay right away).
A notice saying "If you need to change your registration, contact us".

I made a small start on this, but then decided this can be done in the next week as well.

Maybe this should also say something about small purse spots (to prevent confusion with people about whether they should or should not pay for a small purse spot right away).
