Integrate online payments in the registration procedure #119

Currently, online payments are implemented through a payment status page that can be reached through the dashboard after a registration is admitted. For admit_immediately registrations, it would make sense to add a payment step directly into the registration procedure.

If this happens, the registration confirmation page and email should be updated accordingly.

This has been implemented quite a while ago. Payment is not fully integrated UI-wise, but the confirmation page now shows a pay button, which works well enough.
