Preregistrations?

For some cases, you may want to have preregistrations where only certain people are allowed to register:

• Multi-event runs, where continuity in the playerbase is desirable
• Specific pre-invites (for example, Extinction, where a part of the players was invited and a part was "free")

The first part of this is implemented in c1275fbc34092aac884680d5caf2063f9a1bfbaa (allowing to open up registration for some people before publically opening up). The second part might involve dedicating a number of slots for some group, and another set of slots for another group. There is an invite mechanism for fields, but that is not entirely suited yet (since it only works for fields, not options, and cannot express "everyone not in this group").

However, we can now give an invited group early access with a limited number of slots, and then just increase the number of slots manually when public registration opens, so I'm going to close this as completed. If we ever need something more specific, then we can implement that based on the exact requirements of the event.
