This & #17 (and maybe #15?) would make a nice ansible-monitoring package

I'll be splitting out the work @danieljgraves & I did last night into the ansible-newrelic package. As for #15, I assumed ansible-common was fine for this. That's kinda a core utility, no? Otherwise, we may need a debugging bundle...

Correct. I'm building up 0.2 and as many bug fixes as possible before I break the generator :)
