[x] Implemented a capistrano task, evolve:update, for manually running updates (with or without the automatic updates enabled):
bundle exec cap staging evolve:update to apply minor updates (4.6.1 to 4.6.3 in my test environment), plus plugins and themes
bundle exec cap staging evolve:update[major], to apply major updates (4.6.3 to 4.7.2 in my test environment)
[x] The update script in question applies any updates, then clones a fresh copy of the repo, stages and commits any affected files, and pushes commits to the origin:
