AncestralTrait element should be able to log traits for tips. #669

If a tip has an ambiguous trait code then the actual state will be sampled. The 
<ancestralTrait> element should include the ability to specify a tip to log 
this to a log file.

Tip states are logged - this may be an issue with TreeAnnotator. Will log 
separate issue.
