reciprocalStatistic requires an ID #674

Parse an XML file with a reciprocalStatistic element that has no id attribute:

Parsing error - poorly formed BEAST file, MR1.xml:
Error parsing '<reciprocalStatistic>' element with id, 'null':
'id' attribute was not found in reciprocalStatistic element.

This is contrary to the example given in the XML format guide. 
(http://beast.bio.ed.ac.uk/BEAST_v1.7.x_XML_Reference#.3CreciprocalStatistic.3E_
element)

Far from the end of the world, and perhaps it's just the format guide that 
needs changing.
