Since this Git issues get cluttered up quite fast i suggest to use atlassians Confluence. https://www.atlassian.com/software/views/open-source-license-request There is a fair chance that we could use it for free.

They do decent software and think they offer a free option, but there's always the Projects tab on here which does basically the same thing as Jira. I'm not sure it would be worth the extra "paperwork" to use another site too.

The intention is to use confluence, the documentation software for discussions and planification while git or optionally Jira are to keep track of who is working on what.

I'm ambivalent about it really, lets set it up and see how it goes :)
