startAdvertise() with Cordova for Android #29

Hi,

is there a possibility to enable the startAdvertise() function, which is mentioned in https://evothings.com/doc/lib-doc/evothings.eddystone.html , in a Apache Cordova App running Android (and potentially iOS later)? Is there a way to maybe include it into the plugin?
