Fixes in this pull request:
Settings moved to File menu, it is easier to find there (was in Edit meny "hidden" among many other items).
Replaced main window buttons that switch screens with tabs.
Replaced material buttons with bootstrap buttons in main Workbench window. (Material dialogs are still used at some places though).
Updated HTML element ids to be more descriptive.
Fixed Token Reset dialog Close button (was not working).
