Workbench window renames title to "index.html" #181

Happens sometimes, can it be an electron bug or are we doing it?

Fixed in https://github.com/evothings/evothings-studio/commit/7928cfdc8f946af58527f94b3e7b25a8c55b3876 Apparently href="#" wasn't that clever, href="javascript:;" works better.
